I have to admit Captains Ransom looks vulnerable but not because of form. The reason for statement is because if you look at the other fields she doesn't have any 2yo in race one and superstars that's in the making...
I'll be taking my chances with Caya Coco.

She’s A Keeper could well be the housewives choice for this year’s Vodacom Durban July for more reasons than one.
Not only is she a female but she, along with Matterhorn and Tristful, could provide KZN with a first win in the race for 27 years, the last being the Ricky Maingard-trained Space Walk in 1994.
The number 27 is of significance because the democracy in South Africa began 27 years ago with Nelson Mandela as the first president and of course the latter was kept in prison for 27 years by the previous apartheid regime.
Transformation is making steady progress in horseracing, despite it traditionally being known as an elitist sport.
S’Manga Khumalo became the first black jockey to win the Vodacom Durban July in 2013 on Heavy Metal and is a twice South African champion jockey.
He will be one of four black jockeys in the July this year, the others being Muzi Yeni, Luyolo Mxothwa and Kabelo Matsunyane.
Yeni, who has finished second in the national jockeys championship twice, rides the favourite Got The Greenlight.
Furthermore, three other jockeys, Grant van Niekerk, Sean Veale and Serino Moodley, are from previously disadvantaged groups.
Van Niekerk was unlucky to not win the July as an apprentice when a narrow second on rank outsider Smanjemanje in 2014 and made a big impact when riding in probably the world’s most competitive arena, Hong Kong, for a couple of seasons.
Fancied runner Kommetdieding can become the first Coloured-owned winner for Ashwin Reynolds although the first across the line in 2014 Wylie Hall would have achieved this feat for Michael Leaf if a subsequent objection had not been upheld.
The favourite Got The Greenlight can become the first Indian-owned and/or Coloured-owned winner. He is owned by Dayalan Chinsammy and Hassan Adams respectively in partnership with trainer Joe Soma.
The chief starter for the day will be Solly Ngobo and the chief stipendiary steward will be Deanthan Moodley.
The grooms will also be looking forward to the day.
In October 2019 Gold Circle and Hollywoodbets launched an initiative to pay the winning Groom of every race in KZN R1000.
Jonsson Workwear have been rewarding the best dressed groom of each race in KwaZulu Natal with a R500 Jonsson Workwear voucher and this initiative is running from April 4 to July 31.
In addition, Jonsson Workwear will reward the trainer, jockey and groom of the horse that wins the 2021 Jonsson Workwear Garden Province Stakes, run on Vodacom Durban July day, with a R5000 voucher each.
The racing operator in KZN, Gold Circle, is also well represented at board level.
Former chairperson Phumla Mnganga is now vice chairperson and the directors include Manana Nhalnhla, Babu Nunan, Christine Moodley and Mayesh Chetty.

I heard that totes had to close yesterday. If this is the case then there is a big problem and the pools will never get near their targets as the open bet will hold many times as what they will get through telebet

So after analyzing the card. I had come up with the following selections based on various factors.
Race 1: Havent seen Warren Kennedy, Smanga Khumalo ride a 2yo winner a long time. The highveld seems to be dominated by Lyle, Gavin and Muzi. SUPREME QUEST is my selection looks a classy sort.
Race 2: Same as per race 1...Richard Fourie has ridden may winners in the Cape and is the value bet of the day
Race 3: This looks like the consolation race for Silver Host though it does seem if Justin Snaith really wanted this horse in the July then he would've pulled all stops for this horse hence I am going with TREE TUMBO
Race 4: I'll bite the bullet and reckon MARCHINGONTOGETHER is the best bet on the card
Race 5: Cant see a Dynasty winning a 1400m race. Havent seen that in fact in ages. I will be shouting KAILENE as the next best
Race 6: ROLLWITHTHEPUNCHES has the most experience under his belt and worth for swingers
Race 7: The big one and I really think Justin Snaith will want to go all out to win this race and put his names in those WOODEN boards you see up at Greyville in the conference rooms. DO IT AGAIN
Race 8: Trying to beat CAPTAINS RANSOM and decided to have go with ZARINA
Race 9: CHANTYMAN to give Luke a winner before jetting to Hong Kong. Maybe he then will give all D Ferraris Stable info to other trainers if he wins .
Race 10: Pinkerton to give the Ruperts a winner for the day. Generally jockeys who are from other provinces comes and win so the short list is... M Yeni, G van Niekerk, L J Ferraris, S Khumalo, R Fourie +0.5 kg...left out Lyle as he's been spotted many times in Durban recently...
