Re: Fairview 6/8
3 years 10 months agoTwo runners today-
Race 3 Absolutely Fab. Ran earlier in the week- was dropped out from a wide draw, but the pace was slow, so although she made up good ground in the short straight, was an impossible ask.
Back on the turf today, and gets a good draw. If this race does not come too soon after the last then she has a place chance. Jo Loves and Vision on Ice looks the ones to beat on their CT form.
Race 9 Mistress of Means in a competitive handicap. If she can overcome her wide draw has an ew chance. She is fit and well but unfortunately Richard Fourie not available today.
Great stuff!

Well done PeterD
I Bankered your horse in the Quartet and bankered Cheyne for 2nd in one quartet and the 2nd one i bankered him for 3rd now i feel stupid!!! i am beginning to agree that Greg Cheyne is a useless crook/jockey?
One would have thought he woild at least cover the PA

Would have paid around R190 if Lady Defiance ran 3rd.
R19 000 for a short.
One week good the next rather poor.
Must have also knocked a few out their pick 6 getting beaten on Mesmerizing Moon by Munger on the 33-1 shot.

Evening guys, the Laing stable are gutted , hear from a good source that they have spent weeks working on this horse.
Everyday in pens, passing their stall certificate and it being reinstated.
The horse does everything asked of him at home, comes to track and turns into a nutter..
They tried and tried and tried again.

I love that stable. Gavin is not a bullshitter and always to the point. I feel for them!!!
