Phumelela (Tote)....

Why do we still play with Tabonline.......They take 72 hours to make a deposit into your bank account when you request a withdrawal.. Take over an hour to credit your tote account when you make a deposit.....Costs you over R275 airtime when you try to call them .....The management is never available when you need them.... They have no respect for there clients ....The call center is a total circus 🎪......Staff can’t add or speak fluently ... All cheap labour.......... NO WONDER NO ONE WANTS TO SUPPORT TABONLINE, OPEN BETS SEEMS THE WAY TO GO OR QUIT THE RACING COMPLETELY..............DISGUSTING

The Deposit thing is worrying, don`t they have a deposit notification option when depositing?

I watched an Interview with Savage when they were making their proposal to buy Phum and one of his main points was "Digital"
So i`m sure the online service will be their priority when 4Racing take the wheel

I have not had a bet with Tabonline since the 4th of May I made a decision to move all my business to World Sports Betting as I had been complaining to their top management for years this included Rob Scott,Anthony Scribante and Nathan Fowler and some,i told them that their systems were outdated and i can't wait for my money to be deposited as it takes up to 3 days as well as you request a withdrawal and 15 minutes before the first race the money is still sitting in your Tabonline account you have then got to call them and have an argument with them threatening to call management before they take the money out of your account, you are then angry and uptight before racing starts and invariably you do your cash that day.
I've worked out that my turnover is around 200k a month which equates to 150k (at 25% takeout) that they have lost but hey at least I've cut down on heart and blood pressure tablets as up until now I've never had to fight or beg for my money from WSB as they run a professional operation.

Interbet are a professional operation they look after their customers just like WSB.Have a look at the pools they are absolutely shocking so instead of Tabonline looking after their customers they treat them like they're doing them a favour, how many people have left and are now playing with the operator's opposition? To top it off Charlse Savage brought in a guy from the opposition (a friend) who took over as Betting Executive and it's just gone from bad to worse.

Hi Bob
Hope that you are well.
With regards to the thread titled "Phumelela (Tote)....", I can confirm that the customer has been contacted.
It was unfortunate that he had to experience substandard service, which is being addressed internally and changing of processes implemented.
We can only apologise and rectify the situation, which we believe has been done.
On the subject of deposits and delays, we do understand that not everyone would like to go the automated way ie using PayU/VCS, but we can only ask our customer's to try use these methods to avoid delays in deposits reflecting.
We are looking at ways to make manual deposits reflect quicker, but at the moment it is a manual process.
We hope that the customer experiences a far better service going forward and we will most certainly address these kind of issues to try and make the customer experience a good one.
