Force of Arms Gelding - NHRA query

Force of Arms has run twice in 2021 (August 2021 and September 2021) for the Matchett yard. As far as i can see listed as a colt.

I now see that NHRA has updated that the horse was gelded 12 August 2020.

Surely this is a massive failure by the NHRA.

What happens to all involved??

It depends on who is wrong. If Paul's yard notified the NHRA within 48hrs and can prove it then he is in the clear. If that is the case then someone at the NHRA didn't capture the change. Then it is an internal problem.
