Hollywoodbets withdrawal delays

Good morning.

Anyonee else experiencing issues and issues with HW and their withdrawal delays?

I have called the call centre 3 times and each time was a wait time of nothing less than 15 minutes.

This seems to be happening every weekend.

What is going on?

Call this morning told me that there are 51 calls in the que ahead of me. Sorry i cannot hold on again.

Dean you had to post on ABC to get a response from Hollywoodbets. This bookie customer service seems pathetic!

I have also had delays.

Twice last week.... only paid when I enquired about the delay.
This week , I made a withdrawal before 12 on Monday.
I was just about to call them after load shedding. I received the transfer notification a few minutes ago.

I am not happy. Deposited money many hours ago. The purpose was to play the pa qmix and jackpot qmix 3. The deposit is STILL hanging and nothing cleared.

Just went to check results...

Jackpot qmix - caught it 2x. It pays R3.5k.
R7000 LOSS

PA qmix - caught it 16x. It pays over R200.
Another R3000 + down the drain!!!!

I play big money on Hollywood and now I get robbed by incompetence.

Phoned the deposit line earlier... 51 people in queue. After holding for about 6 mins and being 35 in queue, suddenly I was no. 49 again??!! I hung up.
Sent emails to deposit address. Tried live chat. Sent numerous messages on website contact platform.

NOTHING RESOLVED!!!

When betxchange had issue previously and these errors were made, they took the blame and credited my account to apologize... what will Hollywood do?? Just sit back and laugh it off... the punter must just suck hind tit

I am sitting with same problem did EFT at 10.42am and still not reflecting.
What do we do ?
I had a double to play today which came in very disappointing service and they don't have the courtesy to tell us there is a problem and we will be credited at a certain time .

Move to another Bookie! There is no time to deal with incompetent bookies. It seem like Hollywoodbets don't have the capacity to offer quick and efficient service. Why don't Hollywoodbets employ more staff? I strongly suggest you close your account with Hollywoodbets and move to another Bookie.

Hello Everyone. There has been issues experienced with Standard Bank, and the systems involved in clearing deposits. Unfortunately this has delayed accounts in being credited. Our team has been working with Standard Bank in rectifying the issue. The issue is on their end. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
