What a bunch of c@nts. Kneeling and having your fist raised. Might as well pull your pants down too. 30 years and not even the lights work anymore. That is the real issue not some American druggie who died. Food water electricity first then talk about other human rights.

Interestingly the fist raised is a Black Power salute...see 1968 200m winners podium...can we accuse the players who are not of African descent of cultural (mis)appropriation??

for the record i am not commenting on blm - the merits or otherwise thereof are just too divisive .
what has got my goat is this
in all international sporting codes there are strict rules forbidding government interference and political expression.
take football. i remember several african federations being suspended by fifa for government interference amongst which was nigeria. pep guardiola was fined heavily for wearing a yellow ribbon in support of the catalonian independence drive as an example of zero tolerance of political expression.
similarly in cricket zimbabwe was suspended for government interference as afghanistan is being monitored for womens rights abuses. logos on shirts are strictly watched and have to comply with the rules.
what i dont understand is how blm has become an exception to these rules. can anyone enlighten me please.

Good point. I also remember when FIFA made a a big song and dance when UK football clubs recognised Poppy Day. Alosehers.
