only back to gripe

.....promised myself that I would only come back and post if local racing was positive....but it is far worse......the only positive that for my sins I am with WSB.....and they are gr8....not a single problem....

......however I have retained some of my wagering with the tote and it is poor and dismal and getting worse....
I normally do a direct deposit and then send a message that I have deposited and they should check and credit my account.....which I started doing sometime ago then I get some snotty e-mail from PHUM TAB whateva.....that I should not do direct deposit but use the debit card function....so I give it a bash.....until 23 Oct and my deposit of R100 does not reflect but leaves my bank acc.....I call send messages for weeks on end with no satifactory answers
other than .....send us POP.....but I only have a phone app and do not know how to send the required......now earlier this morning I again try this payment method.....and money not in TAB acc.....FFS now what.....

Muhti, I don't bother to use my TAB account- I do all my Tote bets through my Interbet account. Deposit and withdrawals very quick and easy.

Some don't like moaning others are too scared to say what they feel but if we don't point out the obvious crap we get given then they will just carry on giving us an inferior service and product.
Ian Jayes was put down so often by many yet now we see exactly what he was talking about all too late though.
Let's hope SA racing can get resurrected by the new owners.

.....if the tote continues to loose support.....then a new local funding model is required because it cannot sustain racing on hand outs if the tote can no longer deliver

I also took a break from racing for many years. I got back to racing and it is in a far worst condition. This industry seems like a sinking ship.

.....got some help from an ex Edcon TAB employee that seems to have things sorted....maybe the ship can be righted before it goes down.....

You need strong management that know what they doing. Companies that have been in operation for in excess of 100 years work with trends and adapt according to customers demands. With racing its a difference story.

....now I'm locked out of my tote account.....cant afford to use my WSB bought airtime to hold for the tote customer setrvices....rather stay with the bookie and leave the tote to chase away more customers.....
