.....who knows....may have entered the wrong pin on my laptop but my phone was at the time logged into account....and placed bets from there....now that timed out and no access there either.....have on occasion entred wrong pin/password but never been locked out......something new pehaps....but who knows....certainly not customer services who said they are getting back to me but missing betting oppertunities while I wait......

With regards to Muthiman's post, please find the following:
* For security reasons, an account will be disabled due to multiple failed attempts. I am sure that the majority of our customers would appreciate this to ensure that their accounts are secured and protected.
* TAB has multiple official channels for a customer to get in contact with Customer Care to assist them with queries:
1. By phone, customer care is available on 0861 444 822
2. By emailing customercare@phumelela.com
It sounds like Muhtiman may have smsed an employee, which may not be the best, or most efficient, method as we run a 7 day a week business so an individual may not always be working or preoccupied at that time.
Using one of the options listed above will be the most efficient and effective.
We have since made contact with Muthiman.

....sorted out while in the dog park.....wonder how long one would have had to have have a response through the customer care channel.....
