And then you get the brilliant jockey saying "Wait and see" when asked about the rest of their rides.

Was not a 5/10 in the first place, nobody forcing us to play hence I've got the Vaseline out waiting for the domestic to leave

So you think finishing 4th beaten a long way was the right result for him?
We know odds on get beaten but it was the way it ran that makes us complain.

And this one not a 1-4 onyerway?
How far should Pray For Rain have won by according to the rating?

Hollywood Bets already looking for another premier league club to sponsor.
KZN racing must make them a fortune.

Surely the greatest jockey in the world, well that’s what I keep on reading on this forum, could have done more to get the horse closer. Or am I missing something?

Was 24 merit rating points ahead to its nearest rival, the aptly name, Hope Is Power. Hope Is Power was 3.5kgs worse off with the apprentice allowance. If any horse was the danger was suppose to be Hope Is Power.

Wasn't a 5/10 chance end of story, the next one wasn't a 1/4 chance either, neither were those prices since the betting opened

Onyerway please tell us which are the fair value favourites before the race - We would also like to get on.

Well you obviously right as both lost but Pray for Rain was the right price in my opinion.
According to ratings and as Naresh pointed out it should have won though.
But now we have to rely on the trainer to have done enough work at home after the break to run to it's rating.
In saying that the winner came back from a 27 week break to Pray For Rain's 11 week break.
Binda did enough and Drier obviously didn't.
Either that or the Gauteng horses are just superior.
