Race 1: Ladies Day has fluffed its lines but I guess only time will tell.
Race 2: Majorca Palace was running on strongly in the last run and is worth following again.
Race 3: Global path is my value bet of the day.
Race 4: Blue sails optimum trip seems to be 1400m and dropping back to its distance will give a good account of himself.
Race 5: Triton is my best bet of the day
Race 6: Naval secret by sire Captain AL will enjoy the steup in trip.
Race 7: Lady of Lutetia is holding form well and should get it right today.
Race 8: Irish Belle is the third highest merit rated horse in this field and has come back to form will try and get to the front and go pillar to post.
Wish you have a great days racing.

Watching the cricket - young Petersen seems to have some talent
Back to racing - tough, competitive card - thoughts ....
R1: La Fille from Ladies Day, Winter Journey and Greatclubqueen
R2: Competitive handicap; Hope is Power may find the race run to his liking and is my first choice, from stable mate Phinda Mazala, followed by Majorca Palace and Hampton Court; Trade War and Hail Columbia try the Poly, so who knows
R3: Can't really make up my mind; Get Carter, Alma Mater, Perfect Appeal and the improving Sewelo all in with chances; Global Path more to do imo
R4: Not easy; my each-way choice is Snow Tune - third run after a break, fair draw and gets the allowance; Royal Oasis next choice for me; Nkalanzinzi tries the surface and is drawn a bit wide with Regina's Angel, so I prefer the others, while Blue Sails to me has more to do and Flag of Wren has had plenty of chances
R5: Best bet on the card for me is Princess Marne; to be followed home by Oh My Word Its Roy, Fantastic Impact and Triton
R6: Ibutho looks the right one, but none of the others can be safely ignored
R7: Competitive handicap again; What a Blast always running on over shorter and could go close over this trip; main dangers imo Don't Touch Me, Royal Monarch and Calgary (draw a negative); Son of Silk tries the surface, so who knows
R8: My each-way choice here is Purple Nkanyezi, but again it is not straight-forward; Humdinger tries the Poly (?), Star Choice probably better 1400, Retail Therapy (jock ?) - the list goes on and if one is brave enough to try a P6, the field is an option
Enjoy

Surely Lily of Orange is the best bet on the card. It's times are way superior over the course and distance. Going to smash it...

Just come back from the course, nice crowd nice vibe but as usual absolute crap racing for the form studiers.
Get one or two but there will be a few races where it's difficult to find the winner.
