Race (1)
Tough opener, relatively unexposed horses, wouldn’t surprise if an outsider pops up.

Race (2)
Divine Dynasty had a valid excuse last time out, worth another chance.

Race (3)
Enough collateral form to go on. I don’t believe there is much between Black Silver and Do Angels Cry despite the disparity in the betting, rowing in with Do Angels Cry. Domeyer can’t make the weight, Cheyne not in the worst form right now.

Race (4)
Izapha was fancied on Met Day, ran down field worth another chance in this line-up.

Race (5)
Field Of Vision had Ntinga finishing third when winning it’s maiden. Field Of Vision can go in again if not needing the run.

Race (6)
Masked Vigilante second run after the gelding, marginal choice in an open race.

Race (7)
Amanzimtoti has competed and beaten the best of her generation, the drop back in distance is a worry, well in here, hoping her class will pull her through.

Race (8)
Stiptelik can get back to winning ways, current price looks generous.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Regarding race 8. Things have gotten easier for some ponies over their last few races and some have continually had it tougher. One such horse that has shown improvement over' progressively tougher' races has been MA BLACK. Penalized for the last win but seeming still weighted well enough and with 34 days on the treadmill, she should again go close considering the gravity of her timeline, having been rather progressive over a comparatively 'shortish' time span. There are quite a few others but momentum from the 29th of December + 34 days seem to be on the side of the Domeyer horse bar the penalty. MA BLACK surely deserves an EW punt at 5/1 in my humble opinion. How strong and how much more the B-class horses have to come after their last attempts will be interesting, especially with the extra weight (albeit over a sprint). Looking forward to this one.

Good luck fellas!

I think GVN didn't want to win that race.
Saying that because he restrained his horse till it was three lengths off the second to last horse as he was probably the danger to the well backed stable companion.
Money did come for his stable companion,Captain's Knot 7-1 into 7-2,so looks like he was riding to instructions.
But as Karma would have it Captain's Knot lost by a short head

Big statement, any proof?

Nothing wrong with saying it was a shite ride, but insinuating skulduggery ,lets be careful

Sure it's just my opinion.
Watch the race and see if you might agree.
He fought that horse until it was 3 lengths behind the second last horse.
Maybe put the race on here and see if anyone else sees it the way I did.
