Very "competitive" racing, not getting too involved, fancy the double :-

R2) Whisper Quietly X (R3) Everglades

... added (Turf-R3) Zeus for the treble.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

My one bet for the weekend is R6 Little Doe. Took 7/1 EW.
Still a good price with WSB, wont last.

Following the top trainers in Cape Town is definitely not advised...

Hot day, moderate headwind, course hard and fast.
Race 1 Raining Again, Birdie and Bogie, Boisterous Buddy and jury Duty should fight it out.
Race 2 Of the raced runners, Demelza is first pick from Whisper Quietly, What a State and Della's Sword
Race 3 Everglades the one to beat, but not too much between her and Eleodoro, High Dudgeon. Bite My Lip can challenge but below par last few. Secretary of State will relish the extra, and should run an improved race.
race 4 Navy Strength steps up in trip and that may be what he needs. Thunder Master and Flow Forever will be in the mix.
Race 5 Chollima drops in class, but has to shoulder a big weight for a young horse. He's the one to beat but very open if he fails. Exceeder is consistent and I'll be shouting for him.
Race 6 An open contest- go wide
Race 7 Another open looking race, but my pick is Perfect Trust
Race 8 We have Treasure Hunt from a wide draw, but she seems to settle better now, and with a bit of luck in running could be in the money in a very open race.
