As mentioned, not a card for the feint-hearted - some to be considered for each-way plays at decent odds ....

R1: Trust the Fire has been tried an tested, but is probably best over the minimum trip

R2: Twice a Miracle has been knocking at the door - gets blinkers and pole position - should not be trading at 16s imo

R3: Midfield Girl is improving and could prefer this distance, danger imo is Kissed By Fire, but that one has had a few chances

R4: Motown Magic as mentioned, but this is quite a hot field and would need to repeat his previous effort where he ran to a higher rating - has pole position, does get 4 kgs from main danger Black Thorn, so at 7s worth taking a chance imo; Afraad may be the fly in the ointment

Rest of the card very competitive; in the 8th, Country Squire ran above his rating last time in the Tommy Hotspur - but not guaranteed to repeat that run - still needs inclusion in all bets imo
