Dubai Super Saturday - Pools Not Getting Commingled

The South African pools are definitely not getting commingled into the World Pool. Hong Kong and other jurisdictions are wagering into a pool for Dubai.

I wonder what's the story. Hopefully this does not happen on Dubai World Cup night.

Apparently last week a walk in tote punter got paid out 8 times more than he should have in the Saudi meeting.
