Good morning my kids came back last night from holiday and we celebrated into the small hours of the morning, no more babysitting duties for Grandad and Nana.

The plan is to go racing with Colin Fourie from Track and Ball, so please keep me posted and a couple of winners appreciate. 👍

Gold Circle has reassessed its position as far as the race meetings scheduled for today, Sunday 27th, and tomorrow, Monday 28th, are concerned.

Following penetrometer readings of 42 earlier today, the prospects of racing on the turf tomorrow are considered extremely remote.

As a consequence, Gold Circle has decided to reinstate the Monday race programme and to abandon the race meeting scheduled for today.

The King's Cup will be postponed as carded to form part of next Sunday's race meeting at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.
