Be patient the penny will drop?
give him more time to mature?
He needs further?
He will prefer Polytrack?

or be honest and send the horse off to riding school.

I think a match race between Chipopo and The Punisher would be interesting

He needs a piece of lead " between the ears " ??

Trainers don't string along your poor owners.... tell them the truth and SAVE THEM THOUSANDS OF $$ IN THE LONG RUN.

Jockey Figueroa once told an owner the honest truth "your horse is slow...very slow" The owner promptly knew what he had to do.

Slow at 2 ....slower at 3....
If an owner cannot read a form book or does not understand 30 merit rating or cannot see the limitations during a race then that person deserves his financial loss....if they had any love for their horse then they should retire him and take away the stress of racing from the animal....a horse living in a paddock is much happier than one locked in a stable most of the day....the NHRA should also place a limit on how low a Merit Rating can go as racing horses 35 and under is just ridiculous....some kids can't catch a ball but are great at chess...some horses can't run but they can jump...

One just have to watch a few talent shows on TV to see how delusional some folks are.

If you add the MR of the 2 you have a MR 40....half a horse....a MR 10 is the lowest I've seen ...its like a human that runs the 100m in 2 minutes flat.... very strange

If we had love for all horses then we would ban all horseracing. How is it less cruel for a horse rated 95 getting whipped for trying to beat the winner than the MR35 who comes last without the whip? Do you think a horse wants to race? Running away from danger is what nature gave the horse its natural defence. He doesn’t run for fun. Have you ever asked the MR35 horse if he is having fun? Someone once said that it may just be that the MR35 horse is the clever horse and the horses like Frankel and Secretariat are the most stupid horses. 🤷‍♂️

Two horses that won on Dubai World Cup night.

Bathrat Leon was 100/1 with diabolical form in its last 5 runs but managed to win.

The aptly named, Stay Foolish which has won twice in a row now, in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, prior to that never won in almost 4 years and was not fancied in Saudi Arabia.

Both horses are from Japan.

Racing is a sport ....you race to win not to get a participation trophy....horses with ability can lose form and then recover it after some time but a horse without athletic ability cannot beat nature .... its not the horses fault that it is slow but it is the owners fault when forcing a horse to run that has no apptitude for that... and horses on some level naturally race each other...we see it every day when a horse keeps trying to keep its head in front in a finish and then there are horses that try to savage a rival in a finish ....we force horses to race but we should not force them to race when they cannot do that
