Promote three races similar to the Cape Town one being promoted

Bring back the ST Leger of 2850m
Bring Back The Cesarawich(Spelling not so good) 3200m
and another stayer race over 2450M.

No less than 14 runners per race.

Not sure if we can get 14 quality stayers for any race, but concept great. Or maybe something in the lines of the Chapter Challenge series in Kzn...
