looks reasonable but plenty can improve from last runs
horses to watch out for apart from the favorites
race 1 - Gimme the flame and Querulous
race 2 - Vartacus
race 3 - I see that Miss Soho in winning form was bought for just 6K...lol but favorite...whereas Silver Winter was bought for 90K...probably an error...anyways Smelting and Ebullience should be thereabouts
race 4 - any of the Van Vuuren horses could take it...watch for improvement from Captain Persia
race 5 - fav looks well in
race 6 - Golden Pheasant and Express from the US
race 7 - Good Queen Bess
race 8 - Pewter Sky , Global Approach
enjoy

Haven't listened to the experts yet - but I think it is quite competitive and many favorites are priced up too short in the market - not to say they can't win though ...
R1: I think United Express a bit moderate and as such could be challenged by Querolous who imo has more scope for improvement; Gimme the Flame also not out of it
R2: Taikonaut imo has plenty of scope, but I think a 1000 could be a touch on the sharp side; I prefer the filly Rose Velvet, while Vartacus has a chance as well; some support in the market for Umthombo Wolwasi (full brother to JP Two Thousand and Encryption) so who knows
R3: Juvenile filly Miss Soho finding the betting support, but I think this is an open race; Nazdarovya has been threatening, Stormy Lass has a lot of pace and was bumped going into the final 200m last time, Smelting has been thereabouts and probably needed her last start, while Ebullience was beaten by Nazdarovya last time, but that was her debut, so improvement possible - I'm including a few
R4: Both Van Vuuren juvenile inmates Ridgerunner and Woodland Ridge seem to be finding support - so who knows; Woodland Ridge on breeding may prefer further, but I am guessing; the other juvenile Anfields Rocket finished like a 'rocket' last time and that form looks strong as Expeditioner trotted up at Greyville in his next start - if AR can be closer to the pace this time, he should go close, while the 4yr old Forever Free returns from a break after big improvement in his 2nd start
R5: I'm not convinced about the form of Light of the Moon and imo she takes on well performed runners like Afraad at almost level weights, so I think she has her work cut out; Snow Palace is inconsistent, but finally managed her 4th win last time and a repeat of that run should see her close-up here again; Nartjie should be cherry-ripe and the best roughie imo is the Arlington Action, who stays well and gets a lot weight from the others
R6: Bold Fortune the right one imo - the 4kg claim should make her hard to beat from Golden Pheasant and ExpressfromtheUS; roughie Savannah Storm effective this trip and could cause an upset
R7: Competitive F&M handicap; both Good Queen Bess and Gilded Butterfly have cracked good draws, so they do seem the most likely to fight this out; Mamaquera runs well for Lerena and is probably the main danger, with Mckenna Sky and Golden Spoon next best
R8: Classified Stakes to close, and although one would normally prefer the females, I do think the maiden Global Approach does not look too badly in here and is my first choice from Bella Rosa and Dark Travel, who both have wide draws; Duke of Rain another to consider
Enjoy

Good Queen bess so well bred must be better than an 81. MDK had her nominated in multiple races and stuck with this one.
Dont mess with Clinton Binda. if u don't preform u out. Good to see.

R3 NOT the greatest of fields...... I make STORMY LASS a fair e/w bet.
her last 3 x runs pretty fair 10 / 1 win.... 15/10 place.
IF you've got BIG BRASS BALLS..... Magner....Race . 1.2.3.
