The caterers I refer to are part of the race day set up, they are situated on course and not upstairs in the casino. In fact the casino food court has many options and value for money. They have being there since before the casino was even built. These caterers are solely their for the racecourse visitors and not the casino.

I get it now. This has nothing to do with Gold Circle. Absolutely Nothing. How ridiculous of me to raise the concern.

Just for the record, and to confirm what Bob has stated, ALL catering at Scottsville, raceday or otherwise, is provided by the Golden Horse or their concessionaires. Gold Circle does not provide any catering at Scottsville.

Thanks for the feedback.

Valid questions and points raised. Since it is run by the casino. Punters should make better choices and not go to the course.

I saw a video on 4racing praising how the crowd went wild for Thunder Strike when it won.

That video had nothing about a crowd going wild. I wish a took a video in my local pub of the punters rather.

No disrespect to the few who did celebrate.

Summary - there is nothing that attracts one to the race course anymore.

Well, Hollywoodbets Scottsville, should have something to show for its "new" sponsor, other than a massive sign board.

I wonder if any member of management from Hollywood or Goldcircle would spend a day in these facilities with their families.

OR use the same toilets, buy food from the same available kiosks or sit on those few wooden benches from the 50s..... That they expect or want punters to use.

Not even free wifi.... To strike your Hollywood bets.

How many TV screens displey tote odds in the betting area....???

Thanks Mr Hawkins. So it’s confirmed its outsourced. Are Gold Circle satisfied that their patrons are subjected to this treatment? The kiosk in question was situated next to the bookies. This set up is done only on racedays, therefore it’s assumed they are there to service the racecourse patrons only. I now realize that I should have went upstairs to the casino, bought drinks and food there and stayed there to play the slots instead of horses.

Gold circle has absolutely no say as it is the Casino's raceday. The conference centre normally used by owners, trainer's and their guests was taken over by the casino which is their prerogative. So the casino overcharges according to some and therefore it is better to go upstairs and punt with the casino and not the races?
