Fotoform Subscription still unactivated one full week after having paid

Can someone please help me with an email address or better still a phone number of someone at Computaform I can direct my complaint to because I can only get to Sue Nogama and no higher. I am afraid I have had no real help from Sue after successive appeals to her by way of email. Phoning the help line is of no use either because they do not give you any assistance and only direct you to contact Sue Nogama by email.

Please Clanners, someone out there help me with a name and address of someone who I can turn to that will be able to get something done. This is unacceptable!

This is not believable – This is absolutely unacceptable – This is ridiculous.

Please ACT. Have the courage of phoning me to explain what is going on and stop blaming your I.T. – YOU are ultimately the Front of this Service Provider called Fotoform – it is your name here below!!!
