Did they not SEE the horses head getting caught over the middle compartment and bumping it’s head quite severely???
I’m quite sure the horses mouth was bleeding before it was reloaded as it was reported to have been bleeding post race quite badly??

I don't doubt that they would have seen it after it was caught up, but how do you know that they were looking at the horse when it reared up? We have the benefit of full frontal TV...
