There was a connection issue to the Tote earlier from our side. The option to take directly into the Tote have been available since 10

A question for Kyle or Dev....
Why don't you offer -1 handicap when a team is less than 1-3?
You only offer -2.
Like today Netherlands are .22 and you are only offering the -2 handicap at 1.5
I want to take -1 handicap but not -2.
Why not offer both?

There we go 2-0 Netherlands.
When a team is that short there is a good probability that they will win by more than one goal but much less winning by two.
Yes it's our choice to take the -2 or not but why take away the -1?
Well we all know the answer to that don't we.

Not there again today.Refreshed plenty times and no difference.
Nothing on the new desktop website but there is an option for the double on the old website but when trying to accept bet I get this message....

Ok checked again while they where loading and it was available but didn't manage to get on as I was too slow.
I know you having problems with the double but try make it available at minimum 10 minutes before the race.

Hi Hollywoodbets. Can a rep please PM me? I have a winning horse racing multiple still in pending status on my account. It should have been cleared already, the first leg is in Pending however the race ran and was cleared many hours ago.
