Hi - I have checked all channels personally and they were all streaming fine. Our control rooms has not reported any issues either - please give me a shout if you still having any challenges.

Not sure if still the same, but when i first joined you could only watch on two devices

Try logging into your account on laptop and removing devices and browsers you are no longer wanting to use..

Then refresh your phone browser and try and log in again

The restriction on number of devices was lifted, so that shouldn’t be the issue.
