Gremlins at WSB

......now my online outfit of choice is going through some strange occurrences.....making a winning bet a loser ....:oops:....payouts very slow...wrong payouts....corrections....negative balances on reversing all clear....WTF is going on....:ohmy:

At any meeting they declare all Tote Dividends has R1 for any winning bet type once the result is known. They then revise the payouts once the official Tote Dividends come through.

...yes...aware of this....but I kid you not.....would not be trivial about some real lulus they have made lately.....thankfully I have copied and pasted mistakes for them to be rectified so they have a record and hopefully find out who or what is being fiddled.....FFS how can a winning bet be a loser if not by some error input....:whistle:

.....also the tote is showing an all clear final result and more than 5min goes by and they have not paid out....understand a slight delay but races are coming thick and fast and cannot place bets when they are holding my ammo....also recently got paid out a few bets before the tote has declared official :oops:

.....got a call from WSB....and they explained a few problems that I have encountered.....and made sincere apologies and gave me contact details to escalate any problems....should they occur in the future.....

.....also got a voucher bigger than the one they said they would give me....:woohoo:

WSB is one of the best bookies around. They do have their blonde moments but they are responsive and generous with their vouchers. It's my default betting platform. All other bookmakers I use as a secondary platform.

Dev from HWB also seem like a responsive chap who knows how to crack the whip and sort shit out.

Horseracing needs more of the above and less of the 4Q empty promises and dysfunction delivery.

.....hardly eva had any problems with them....but lately some real duzi's....not all their fault....one payout delay was a Stewards enquiry that no one bothered to televise and advise....and the reversal of winning bets due to a tote error that they were paying out on...all sorted gr8 outfit that understands their customers.... .
