Has anyone tried contacting HW customer services team lately?

I am currently on call 4 from this morning.

Average waiting time is nothing less than 9 minutes.

Is this what it has come too?

We have a few HW reps on site and the PM facilities work well 👍

First of all I hope Dev is good, he sorts me out sharp always, he's not answering messages so just hope he's ok. If anyone can just fix my htoken heart I have for nor getting helped for the last 2 days can just hear me out or investigate ill gladly appreciate it. 0622755709
