15th 17th 18th November 2022 Gauteng racing

We have had a tremendous amount of rain in Gauteng and surrounding areas. All three these meetings must be touch and go at this stage.

It is nice to see NIGHT RACING scheduled for Friday. The forgotten aspect of our racing.

The marketing team at 4q ( if there is such a thing amongst the buddies and backslapping crowd ) are missing a trick

......yeah....after making such a big fuss and a great issue on the lights....another white elephant.....:S

......on marketing.....seems that the ball has been dropped....i no longer get any e-mails or other correspondence from them like when the new broom was quick to sweep.....no they seem to have fallen asleep.....:whistle:

.....and what of that new position....did they already have or find their man....:huh:

And what has happened to Friday night Greyville racing?
That is where they had the biggest crowds.

Just not that 20 20 bullshit racing from Greyville. Normal 35 mins between races is perfect. 20 20 is too fast, not enough time to have a bet and study properly.

Yeah I also don't like that 20 20 crap.
At the course you want to check the parade ring and study a bit of form watching the horses then a beer at the bar and then watch the race.
30/35 minutes perfect for that.
