Dstv channel 240 sound issues

If anyone here is in contact with 4 Racing please ask them to resolve the sound issue every other week we must have a day with no sound the whole day I refuse to play on these days, maybe it can be explained to them punters actually need sound to play. I have tried contacting 4 Racing mysefl but its always an apology for the inconvenience and its been escelated.

How does one contact 4 Racing without using the live chat?

Or even if I can get a contact and get on my knees and beg as it seems 4 Racing wants the customer to do

240 sound not great today.

Get loud for no apparent reason and then reverts back after a few seconds.
Also the commentary seems to be delayed again.

.....terrible sound issues on GR1 feed through the crenova decoder yet again....yet GallopTV receiving same feeds from Ozz is fine.....:whistle:

.....not only is the soundtrack a f@ck @p from Ozz venues but Singapore too.....been like this for several hours now
....I just wish that they pack it in because they are useless....months and months we complain but still no solutions and they wonder why 4Q cannot grow interest in racing on their patch.....hope they sort it out soon as GallopTV is still iced out of highvelt broadcasts....no quid pro quo.....a crying shame....

no doubt hard work behind the scenes but one year later and the sound on channel 240 is shocking.
like watching a cheap Chinese dubbed movie.

.....and ever since they switched to Turffies parade ring and going down sound OK but pictures are choppy and a big shudder....the banners plastered over the pictures are OK so not the studio.....but surely these okes should by now be able to deliver a better product FFS.....

My vote goes to 4Q as the best employer for on-the-job-training at all job levels - No discrimination here from CEO to hearing impaired sound engineers.

Had to take my earphones out, listening to production staff chit chatting was annoying..

Clean feed is buffering constantly and is SD quality at best... Hope it improves later.
