Champ EFFORIA pulled up before the finish of the G2 Kyoto Kinen with atrial fibrillation, jockey Takeshi Yokohama stayed with EFFORIA and did all he could to comfort him. Future undecided.

Dont think i have ever seen this term used in SA Stipes reports.

easier to be a stipe in Japan unlike in SA where most of the players are related.
