To Whom it may concern.
In regards to the Incident at Greyville racecourses yesterday 13th February 2023 between Billy Jacobson and Muzie Yeni, we would like to inform you that a case has be opened against Mr Yeni at the Berea Police station case Nb: CAS 107/2/23 as Mr Yeni Threatened Mr Jacobson with bringing people to his work place to beat him up and said when he's done with him he is going after his Family. This is blatant disregard for the safety of Mr Jacobson's Wife and two Young kids, we will not tolerate this from Mr Yeni anymore as this is not the first time he has threatened someone and also did follow through with his threats when sending people to beat up Mr Chris Taylor at Greyville racecourse in front of he's family. We would also like to know how Mr Yeni was able to use he's Mobile device in the Jockey room to call these people to come beat up Mr Jacobson seeing that we have rulse in place that we Jockeys are not allowed to have our Listening devices in the Jockey room. We would like to know what you are going to do about this at your earliest convenience as we will be taking this matter further should you not act on it in the Safety of all Jockeys and there Families.
Kind Regards
Pierre Corne Orffer

My point is South Africa has grown but jockeys aren't Muscovy??

JayZee will get involved soon? Imagine dragons under pretence. Thats why I play UK racing. It's a pot of luck. Quartets are healthy and weather's conditions play it's part.

Press Release
The National Horseracing Authority confirms that Jockeys Muzi Yeni and Billy Jacobson have been placed on an immediate interim suspension in terms of the provisions of Rule 91.2. This follows an incident that occurred at Hollywoodbets Greyville Racecourse on Monday, 13 February 2023, and subsequent information that has been provided to the NHA. Consequently, the Chief Executive and Racing Control Executive consider that this action is necessary as in their opinion, the continued participation in races of Messrs Yeni and Jacobson may pose an unacceptable risk of prejudicing the reputation, interests, integrity, safety and welfare of racing and its participants.
The Inquiry into the incident will be heard as soon as possible.
Enquiries:
V Moodley
Chief Executive

We need to hear Muzi’s side of the story before passing judgement
