Interestingly the jockey that beat him JP got a very long holiday in Singapore for not giving a horse every chance to run to his best. And now his riding here....

not COULD be in trouble............. SHOULD BE IN TROUBLE.
how gutted must the connections be of the 2nd horse...... NO TROPHY plus 100 grand LESS in stakes !

JP did not deserve what happened to him in Singapore.

I have seen this replay numerous times before. To me he did nothing wrong though the reports and official records will deem otherwise.

So it's ok to hit another jock with the stick (10 days suspension) but not ok to make an error in judgement and stop riding a few strides from the post (that gets you 90 days) - I can't agree with that
