Any reason Oz bets not paid out from Townsville this morning? I very seldom play Oz flat racing so not sure how long this takes. Meeting finished over 1.5 hours ago and still no dividends on a fixed odds double....

I actually generally have no problem with HB at all !!

Deposit... reflects in 2 minutes. Withdrawal in account and cleared within hours.... even after hours/

Okay granted, they do have the shortest odds of just about all the accountants I must say.

For years they used to blame the old site... and then FORCED us to move over to a new shitty and unfriendly site!!

And surprise surprise... same issues! It wasn't the site... it was the incompetent people running the system!

With the same problems, rather give me the old site back
