PA pool R270 000
Just slightly better than yesterdays R240 000 pool at the Drakensberg course where many refuse to play that inconsistent racing.

Obviously not good for the stakes but good for the bookies who keep bailing out our racing.
All this bet on the tote, helps racing,is not being heard by the punters it seems.

When i worked for bookies in the previous century, they would place the Exotic bet on the tote to cover themselves.
does that still happen??

Hollywood is a multi-billion rand company. There's no need to put bets on the tote when the total pools for the exotics for day are only R1,6 mill.
