Can you please get someone to give me a call back regards a loosing Soccer Money Back loosing bet.

Sadly the Hollywood staff do not understand the concept, and every time one calls to claim the refund, you receive a nonsense response as to why Hollywood will not refund the money.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Soccer bets taken with call out codes rejected?
The system cannot detect which fixture is delinquent.
Staff cannot pick it up on their system.

Hi Dev. I need some clarification. Yesterday's Meydan meeting, the pick 3 ,I see a divided declared but also says carry over. Which one do you guys payout on. This is very confusing.

I see HW also is confused with Argo Alley being a scratching in the 7th but a runner in the 8th - when I did my selections, I often decide to back each one - however today my bet is refused as Argo Alley is a scratching - in the 7th - but I selected it in the 8th

@Dev -please have a look - I did select and back Argo Alley ( in the 8th) - but due to a cock-up in the system, the bet was not taken (as Argo Alley was scratched in the 7th) - not a lot of money, but it's the principal :dry:

Thank HW - got a call this morning admitting that they had a 'slight issue' with the competition (really have to take my hat off to them continuing with this which must be a big admin nightmare) - will adjust my Balance (for what it's worth :dry: ) - but the point is that they have not been scared to admit that they made a mistake - so kudos to them

Been like that for the whole weekend for me Magi.
Just keep pressing recent bets and after a while they sometimes appear.
But then you have to do the same thing for your actual bet to be seen.
Very frustrating for my football bets.

I eventually got in and checked winning bets and it shows 'paid out' .... was a decent amount and I cannot believe I would have missed the money going into my account....

Just to let you know,for the umpteenth time,doubles for Singapore and HK are not accessible on mobile.
Usually do my doubles on desktop but with loadshedding had to try on my mobile but it says double not available as it's been doing for months now.
