Think the odds are not correct - in the King's Plate, Al Muthana beat Charles Dickens giving him 5 kgs - and in the Drill Hall Trip of Fortune beat AM by almost a length - I realize CD is now 6 months older, but he now gets only 1,5 kgs from AM and ToF - at these odds I have backed both AM and ToF :dry:

Cousin Casey at a gallop last Saturday with his pilot for the Gold Challenge, S’manga Khumalo. He tries scoops for the first time. Stable had a winner on Saturday and today, and is gaining momentum again. .

I agree that Charles Dickens is too short priced, although I do think that he is the horse to beat.
I think inexperience cost him the narrow defeat in the Kings Plate, and he again meets Al Muthana at WFA, and has a good chance of revenge on this easier mile course.
Trip of Fortune has really come into his own the past few months, and must be respected, but I think that Aldo has picked the right one of the two.
CD has the 3yos held and AM and TOF should have the other older horses held.
I would think that more appropriate odds would be:
CD 15/10
AM. 5/2
TOF 4/1
CC. 8/1
Ras. 10/1
So AM and TOF do look overpriced

I think around 8/10 to evens will be available and after the race the punters will say "that was a good price " 🤔
