Hollywood Accounts - MINUS VALUE

HW, over the weekend i had won and withdrew my money successfully done.


this morning i see my account is reflecting MINUS value ??? how is this possible.

you cant expect me to hold on as caller number 35 since 9am and the automated chat is also not up to scratch.

Why is the account in a credit??

anyone else on the forum has this issue?
