Where is the NHRA? MIA on issues that seem like work.

As I wrote before they are still stuck in the Fax and Telex era of communication.

Weekly we get the Registrations report and they happily fine the jockeys big amount for whip infractions.

Very seldom are there any significant penalties for the Trainers or even warnings for the trainers.

Seems it is easy to count to 12 and issues hefty fines, but holding trainers accountable for actions that are bad for the sport not so much. (Remembering they are governing the sport with integrity)

How is it that only one enquiry is listed on their website for a trainer from January 2023 .
Their press releases are not used to communicate sanctions unless they want to vague insinuations again st certain trainers and owners.
The newsletters are Non existent

so what if any are their standard operating procedures when addressing Trainer infractions on Short price favs going missing, 100/1 Shots winning and then never getting close ever again.

Why are trainers not being held to a similar standard as jockeys. U ride a bad race u get smashed.

Trainers who have 1 winner a year at 100/1 are not good for the sport unless they are sanctioned.

It is not good enough to refer to a stipes report and nothing further happens. Where is the integrity and visibility.

Just seems if it is not easy then the NHRA are MIA. And mug punters beware the bombs will win and nothing will happen, hotties will go missing and nothing will happen.

The best about the Fax and Telex era was.......
Bookies were not in control of SA Horseracing.
Now with the " win a million rand a day compo" they are not a charitable organization like the GOG to be handing out parcels of money daily.
Now more than ever before in the history of SA Racing, the NHA is powerless to enforce stricter controls and sanction trainers and jockeys because they are sponsored by parties with a conflict of interest.
