Come on Vee and your stipes, inquiry needed here

I hope they can question Justin Snaith about the poor runs from his three shortest priced runners at Fairview today.
4 Machete Man 1.82 1.74 1.82 2.00 2.27 2.50 3.03 3.33 3.57 4.00 4.55 5.00
Massive drift here and the commentator said never going well and ran down field.
2 Peut Etre Moi 0.91 0.87 1.00 1.11 1.25 1.33 1.43 1.52 1.67 1.74 1.82 2.00 1.82 1.74
Another one that doubled from it's opening betting and also ran down field.
Yes did get crossed and jock seemed to stop riding for a while but was in front and you can only get crossed if the horses pass you so was definitely fading.
Could be a valid excuse but the punters want to know what went wrong and why the big drifts especially.
Seems someone knew how they where going to run even before the race started.

He got a 3rd with his least favoured horse for the day but overall he must be very disappointed.
It's obviously expensive to truck horses to PE so he would never bring unfit or horses that he thought couldn't win.
The transport could have broken down along the way or the horses where restless during to the trip or whatever, but I think the stipes owe it to the punters to find out if something didn't go right. And it would have been good if we where notified before the races started today.

There are two reasons why WC horses raid PE:
1. Because the trainer thinks he can pick up an easy win
2. Desperately trying to get a win with an underperforming horse.
The latter is particularly true with F&M about to go to stud.
None of the visitors looked like good things, despite the way the books were priced up.
Race 3 Prince of Denmark is a young 3yo, out at the weights with Sassy, and a false favourite. It looked a weak field, as Joe Harmon was next best and he is a very limited professional maiden.
Race 4 Machete Man was 4th best weighted behind 1,2,3 and Bournemouth improved again to win easily and is a fast improver.
Race 5 Puet Etre Moi has been sliding down the ratings, and ran a slightly better race last time. This was a F& M handicap and her price was a joke- she hasn’t won for nearly 2 years!
Race 6 All 4 of the visitors were out at the weights with Santa Therese, First Street and Medlers Tart. The local hopes ran below expectations.
Glen Kotzen won with Flower of Saigon. To my mind a surprise improvement.

Lets see what Snaith stable is up to today. Hopefully not a repeat like last week.
