Race 2, Number 5 Zippy Over, 16/10 to win hard held.
Zippy Over must have a great chance of winning this race....and very we'll too.
Running 1.5 lengths to Time Flies...a head to Saartjie, and very close within 2 lengths running on Cape Town form bodes very well. With 56kg, drawn 3, and the long straight....this should of been 12/10 instead of 16/10.
It's 2nd last run it won going away in front of Lucy the Pink, it jumped out sat 3rd, and hit the front at 300m and effortlessly won hard held to the line...jockey never moved a muscle or used the whip, very impressive.
It's last run, a half a length 2nd to Winter Scout, the reduced distance and the draw caught it out and Zippy Over was still the fastest finisher in the race...drawn 7 out 7 in Durbanville, 7 lengths behind at straight and last, if the race had 50m more in distance then it won.
Can't see how if Zippy Over jumps out, sits 3rd or 4th 3 lengths off the lead and pace maker, carrying 56kg's, drawn 3 over 2000m that this horse is not the best bet for the day.
Regards

Gonna run a blinder....
Good two gallops on the grass....
Very impressive gallop on the polytrack
Imagine we heard that in the early interview and not after the race
But he did say a nice filly so obviously didn't want to be too confident as it was against males

Never mind 12-10 you can get 3-1 now
Should we be worried?
