Gold Circle advises that the racemeeting scheduled to take place at Scottsville Racecourse on Wednesday, 5 November 2008, will now be a Greyville Night Racemeeting.



This decision was made to accommodate a request by Phumelela for them to stage an additional meeting on that day on the inside track at Turffontein. This previously unscheduled meeting has been designed to allocate more opportunity for maidens and the eight-race programme will comprise of one handicap and seven Maiden Plates over varying distances.



Nominations for the Greyville Night Racemeeting will close on Friday, 24 October 2008, at 11am and the programme of races and distances remain unchanged.

have these idiots at gold circle got any brains,i have no problem accomadating phums request but REPLACE A DAY MEETING AT SCOTSVILLE WITH A DAY MEETING AT CLAIRWOOD OR SCOTSVILLE...believe it or not certain trainers do have programmes for horses and when they get the programme they plan accordingly..for fucks sakes use your brains for once or is that asking too much

days of being nice are well gone..owners and a lot of trainers are tired of the game being run by people insensitive to their needs..on top of that they refuse to acknowledge an owners assosiation in natal .it is no use having people on the board who are yes men and who do business with these people.
