This rule is shocking and needs to be reviewed. I never had no 10 in any exotics but my horse is scratched and im forced into having him. It runs unplaced and we all do our cash. Im tired of this game...and yes im talking from my pocket. I've been robbed ..end of story.

Nearly every jurisdiction you get the Tote Favourite if your horse is scratched in the exotics. I think in Sweden you have an option to include an additional horse so if your horse does get scratched you get the additional horse. In America, for the Pick 3 and Double I think you get a consolation dividend but for the Pick 6 etc you get the Tote Favourite.
