That seems harsh...on the head on, the horse's head is slightly right towards the rail and the jockey then tries to straighten the horse so as not to interfere with the horse coming on the inside and in the last few metres, one can see that the horse's head is to the jockey's left...must have been a difficult ride and had he not tried to keep straight would have interfered with the horse on the inside...damned either way...maybe I'm too blind to see any intentional bad riding of the horse to prevent it winning / placing better...
