What a load of bollocks. If an owner has paid his entry and acceptance fees who gives 4R the right to ban him if he wants to wear shorts?
Emperors new clothes ala Larry move. There are more important things to worry about

After listening to Greg Bortz from Cape Racing it appears they are also following a more traditional code or minimum dress requirement for parade ring and certain lounges .

I hope the grooms’ attire also meets a satisfactory standard.

4Q BS on steroids.
Essentially a person that claims to be non-binary will not be prosecuted by the 4Q fashion police.
These 4Q fools should do something about the overpowering Turffontein stink and substandard air quality that rivals a fork’n sewage treatment plant.
4Q, lead by example and stops employing clowns in that circus of yours who actually dress the part on big days.

Do you think they rushed this through to stop the same scenes from happening again if Main Defender won?

Apparently, the NHA punished the Main Defender entourage to the sin bin for the remaining 10 races / 10 weeks / 10 months!!!
PS. Not to be confused with Ricky Sinn's sin bin where u could get a bet for any ol amount for a slightly different kind of punishment.
