Hollywood Not Paying Out

Having endless issues with HW not paying out withdrawal from Saturday. They gave me every excuse in the book, now blaming the bank for clearing times.

Please can someone assist me. It's really annoying now to chat to these incompetent call centre agents who have clue what's going on.

Something must be wrong with your account
Dev on the site from Hollywood normally assists with queries and is always prompt. Maybe drop him a message with full details of situation.

The title of this tread should be edited from "not paying out"

All bookmakers can take longer to pay when payouts are processed at the weekend, and third parties are normally the issue
