Leon Setaro previews the feature and looks for value
Racing in KZN this week-end takes place at Clairwood Park on Sunday where we have a 10 race program. As expected at this time of the year during the KZN out season, good things are hard to find and nothing really stands out but there are a few on the list here that could offer some value.
In race 2, Press for Peace (6/1) is a powerful looking filly loaded with ability but she’s lost her way a bit since being badly hampered back in July at Scottsville. Something went wrong after that (she was scratched for her next run) and she hasn’t looked anywhere near her best since. Keep an eye on her here, it’s only a matter of time before she gets back to a competitive level of fitness and if that’s the case on Sunday, she’s going to be right there. She takes on younger fillies with some decent form so her price is likely to drift; expect 10/1 available on Interbet come race time.
