Zanthar (4/1) – green on debut, didn’t get the best of breaks, probably ran on the side of the course with the worst going, up the middle because of the draw.

Race (2)
Fatal Gem (5/2) – only filly in the Politician Stakes, stayed on for 4th from a wide draw after setting the pace. Has competed in stronger company.

Race (3)
Banff (12.5/1 in to 8/1) – probably lost I to 2 lengths on debut, was last going through the 400m and still ended up winning by 1.75 lengths. That doesn’t happen too often with juveniles on debut and over 1000m. With natural improvement, if getting away on terms, he must be the one they all have to beat.

Race (4)
Innamorare (7/1) – stayed on last time out from a deep draw.

Race (5)
Royal Aussie (5/2) -well in run against stronger.

Race (6)
Double Grand Slam (10/1) – dark horse at decent odds.

Race (7)
Thunderstruck (14/10) – well in at the weights.

Dame Of Trix (6/1) – open to any amount of improvement.

I have not been in the greatest form, but a few longer priced runners to include imo - in the 2nd I think Princess Izzy will enjoy the 1800 more than the favorite; in the 5th Baratheon very well weighted; in the 6th, I think Shantastic has been crying out for the trip and from a good draw looks good value at current odds; in the Diadem, Surjay very consistent over the 1200 and should be right there.

Best bet imo is Pomodoro's Jet who ran to higher in his last start - a bit skinny at 5/2 but should win
