Race 3:
Ellorix is overdue and knocking hard on the door.
Somehow always finds something to beat her.
Will go close again.

Expecting improved runs from Lucy Rocket which wasn't disappointed in her last run.
Finished her race well should be sharper with the experience.
Spirit Guide is pricey, well bred and due for an improved run.

Race 4:
Ticking Bomb coming out of strong formlines and should have the measure here.
Saint Brigid to be flying at her at the end.
Plum Pudding also a danger but not too confident with Corne Orffer at present. 1 win in his last 30 rides.

3,2,8

Race 5:
Daimyo is going the right way and ran a good second last time out.
Will be competitive again here.
Richard retaining his mount on Mr Belverdere should be respected. Blinkers removed and should improve.
Champonelle and Voorloopertjie are dark horses.

3,9,2,8

Race 6:
Open race.
Chances everywhere.
Allez Morris is my pick. 16 points below his highest rating. 3rd run after rest and extra 200m should suit.
Gentlemen Joe, Gimme More Time and Time For Love of a post stamp should all be in the finish.

6,1,4,3

Race 7:
Hardest race on card for me.
Expecting an upset.
Monumental was my pick. Dropped steadily in ratings. Better suited to 1400. Decent draw. Backed down from 40-1 to 7-1.
Sooty won a good race last time. Kept rolling and found more. Could steal this.
Oliver and Mister Monocle should also be there.
Going to brass Aspect here.

Race 8:
Solomons Seal had two encouraging post-maiden runs. Good draw. Light weight and should be in contention.
San Pedro ran a cracker last time and should be a main contender with Fun Zone.
Cheeky Laddie and Carriacou always there and thereabouts. Expecting the same.

3,10,2,1,7

Race 9:
Another cramble.
Nordic Quest, PineappleMintGreen, Girl Like Us and Great Cat all bumping heads again.
Would side with Girl Like Us is on its peak run, would side with her and Great Cat based on cracking better draws.
Expecting a better run from Figure Eight too.

1,3,6,8,5
