With the mounts RF gets in all the venues, he should have better than a win % of about 23% and a top 3 of about 40%...so, he gets a lot more wrong than right even with other jockeys often allowing him to dictate the pace...I often wonder if they don't have livings to earn...

Similar to what I said on Fridays Fairview thread.
Delpech got 334 riding against a number of quality jockeys while Fourie is riding against the worst crop SA have ever had so you can't really blame the trainers for wanting him on their horses.In Delpech's days the trainers had plenty top jockeys to choose from,not like it today.
Unless Fourie breaks the 400 mark I still think what Delpech did in those days tops it.
