Who'll Stop the Rain in the Cape

Having a problem with copy and paste from cell phone plus trying to keep away from Politics as they are currently mind boggling 🤯
What's Happening in this Pensioner's Life 🤔
Well, our time in Kyalami is coming to an end, and it's been wonderful, albeit a bit on the cold side. However, it's nothing compared to the weather conditions in the Cape.🥶
We've had the opportunity to spend more time with our kids and grandson while here, and we've thoroughly enjoyed it. All the local pubs and clubs have been tried and tested, and our favorites remain the Turn 'n Tender in Waterfall, the Country Pub, and the Country Club.
During our stay, we managed to see Molly, and I'm glad to say he has been discharged from the hospital with medication to solve his issues rather than surgery 👏. We're trying to arrange an opportunity for a couple of "sharpies" to prove that bad living is not the end of the world.
Early in August sees the Scotts on the road again. We're visiting the family for the grandparents' school concert, in which our two granddaughters will make an appearance.
We received an invite to the wonderful Gold Cup event, but unfortunately, Mrs. S has a cataract operation on one eye scheduled a few days prior to the big day, and then the other eye will be done a few days after the event. I was hoping both eyes 👀 would have been done at the same time so she wouldn't miss me "disappearing" to Hollywood's Greyville...
I think it's a great card, and I hope Tarry can catch Snaith on the last day to help pay for the surgery 😀. We still await confirmation from NHRA regarding the discrepancy with the current standings...
Another hot topic is the repossession by Bloodstock SA and the legal position with the RA.
I really like the Gold Cup card and have a few early fancies 🤞.
Richard Fourie continues to boot home the winners, and his new record looks impossible to beat.
UK Racing Latest:
Will leave with a golden oldie song for our friends in the Cape.
Have to watch the opening of Parliment .....😢
Good Punting 👍

Nobody has spotted the white dove yet, that's the problem.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
