please can someone contact me re a friend who has an issue with a deposit done friday evening and as yet not reflecting

Just as an observation as I.dont punt with betway , I contacted the call centre for assistance, the less said about this interaction the better , will Def not be changing to betway any time soon

Their service is not the greatest.
I tried to open an account during the SA20 and the was an issue with registration. They now say iv been blacklisted with them and cant open an account.
I haven't even played with them

Another day has dawned and as yet no response from betway , I have a feeling this is going to be a long arduous journey

Spoke to my friend yesterday and this has been sent twice with no progress due to non acceptance of screen shots etc etc , day 5 since deposit done and we soldier on

We appreciate the additional information provided. Our team will reach out to our customer to assist in regard to the deposit. Please do note that our team have followed up with the respective Bank pertaining to the deposit made, however the information contained in the screen shot of the transaction was insufficient and we require an updated PDF proof of payment in order for the Bank to locate and allocate the funds.
We understand that the delay may have been frustrating for your friend but we assure that we are working with the bank to resolve this matter as speedily and effectively as possible.
Our team will be reaching out during the course of the morning to better relay this information directly and to assist in obtaining the proof of payment.

I've seen more conflicts and disputes settled on/through ABC than it should have been through the normal channels.
