Tipping Service / Tipsters

Hi. Looking to know your recommendations on tipping services or tipsters to follow based on success. Not asking to knock anyone but genuine feedback. Have contemplated joining one, but I know there are a few. Thank you.

Well, you on the right forum. ABC Clan  has some of the best tipsters. Frodo,Peter D ,Mr H  to name a few. You can't go wrong and it's free.

These guys have been tipping for many years and are consistent. You know what you get.

Nothing wrong with paying a tipster, but it is still you that are placing the bet...................

People who pay tipsters for tips should not be gambling on horses, just my opinion 

I have been punting the ponies since I was about 10 years old. Been punting for almost 38 years. It is still fun for me.
I have learned many "tricks" from different tipsters and I am still learning.
Don't subscribe to the "fly by night tipsters".

We all have our own opinions..............

Used to be more ante than I am now!

If you are in the game for fun, the cost of tipsters should be your first loss of the month

So if you have a 3k budget and you pay the Whisperer R750 ( guessing the cost) you lost a 1/4 of your tank before you placed a bet! So what ROI are you expecting for that R750?

I believe that some of the best form and ratings analysts are Clanners. When reading any race day thread you will find winners and good value bets from Clanners. 

The major comp winners and place getters on ABC have very high win/place rates.....

Just read the various posts to get the opinions from the Clan, we certainly have a few excellent contributions. 

In addition on daily racing threads we have the video inputs from the professionals.

I dont post often but do check in from time to time.
What is a tip ? 
Form studying and making your selections and sharing them amongst punters is not a tip, it is your assessment from printed formlines .
A tip ( as far as I'm concerned) is when a horse makes a remarkable turn around in his work, the trainer or jock share this with owners and sometimes punters, that is info the form guides cannot give you. 
Most of us dont have time to study the card for each day but still want to get a bet on, so next best is to see what the form students have selected and you just play their selections.
Personally, I show best profit when betting race for race after watching the horses move to post ( mostly without a race card in front of me).
Hence, I dont often win the P6, get stuck out by the best mover that I never included in my form studying.
So, study form yourself , make note of horses to follow and you will last longer than following tipsters tipping favourite after favourite.
